About Bryony

Bryony’s Botanicals was born from a deep respect for plants and a belief in the value of simple, well-crafted herbal remedies. What began as making teas for family and friends has grown organically into a small herbal business shaped by care, study, and a love of traditional plant wisdom.

My journey into herbalism began with formal training through the Heartwood Foundation Course, where I developed a strong grounding in Western herbal traditions and plant-based wellbeing. Alongside this, I completed a herbology course with the Royal Botanical Society in Edinburgh, deepening my understanding of plants, their habitats, and traditional uses.

I am currently undertaking a four-year professional training programme with Heartwood, working towards qualification as a registered medical herbalist. This ongoing study continues to shape how I formulate blends, with respect for tradition, attention to safety, and a commitment to informed practice.

The teas offered by Bryony’s Botanicals were first shared within my close circle, where they were valued not only for their flavour, but for the sense of support they offered. As demand grew naturally through word of mouth, it felt right to make these blends more widely available.

All teas are created using carefully selected herbs, chosen for their traditional uses, quality, and balance. Bryony’s Botanicals exists to offer gentle, nourishing support through plants, reconnecting everyday life with the quiet wisdom of herbal tradition.
